作者曾用大鼠作实验模型,采用普通的异种抗血清和补体从骨體中清除白血病细胞。预先用密度梯度法除去成熟粒细胞和红细胞,可以增强选择性破坏恶性细胞的作用。
The authors used the rat as an experimental model, using ordinary heterologous antiserum and complement to clear leukemic cells from the bone. Pre-density gradient method to remove mature granulocytes and red blood cells, can enhance the selective destruction of malignant cells.
