目的:探讨健康教育对婴儿家长参与儿童保健的效果。方法:收集我区居民200例,按照进行儿童保健的手段分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。对照组实施常规儿童保健,观察组在常规保健基础上实施多种形式的健康教育。结果:观察组家长对于儿童保健知识的知晓率以及儿童对于体检的参与率明显高于对照组,差异为显著性差异,(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。结论:通过多种形式的健康教育,在实际的儿童保健的过程中能够取得较好的效果,在临床上可以进行推广和使用。
Objective: To explore the effects of health education on infants’ participation in child health care. Methods: 200 residents in our district were collected and divided into observation group and control group according to the means of child health care, with 100 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine child health care, and the observation group implemented various forms of health education based on routine health care. Results: The awareness rate of parents’ knowledge of child health and the participation rate of children in physical examination in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Through various forms of health education, we can achieve better results in actual child health care and can be promoted and used clinically.
