滴滴与优步(Uber)中国于今年8月1日正式对外确认,滴滴出行收购优步中国的品牌、业务、数据等全部资产在中国大陆运营。伴随这一合并而来的,还有中国网约车的合法化。这两件事综合起来,或将预示车联网的新发展。从根本上来说,技术将推动车联网的渐行渐近;如果把太多希望寄托于资本的力量,只能泛起一些虚无缥缈的泡沫。
Didi and Uber China formally confirmed on August 1 this year that UBI acquired all the assets of Uber China in China, including its brands, businesses and data.
