目的探讨人性化护理对PICC置管白血病化疗患者的应用效果,为临床提供参考。方法对2015年1月~2016年12月期间在我院进行PICC置管的106例白血病化疗患者进行研究,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组53例,分别接受常规性护理和人性化护理干预。比较两组患者的健康知识知晓率、依从性、并发症发生率和生活质量评分等。结果实验组患者健康知识知晓率、依从性和生活质量评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;实验组并发症发生率明显较低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对PICC置管白血病化疗患者进行人性化护理可以有效改善患者生活质量,加强健康知识和依从性,减少并发症,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing on patients with PICC catheterized leukemia chemotherapy and provide reference for clinical practice. Methods A total of 106 patients with leukemia treated with PICC in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 53 patients in each group receiving conventional nursing and humanization respectively Nursing intervention. Compare the two groups of patients awareness of health knowledge, compliance, complication rates and quality of life scores. Results The scores of awareness, compliance and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant; the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant . Conclusions The humanized nursing care of PICC patients with leukemia chemotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, enhance the health knowledge and compliance, reduce complications, which is worth popularizing and applying.
