产业结构严重扭曲,是目前市场疲软和国民经济长期的周期性波动的重要原因。江苏省产业结构扭曲程度较全国更为明显,经济波动的高低落差和市场疲软程度也较全国严重。为了走出目前的经济困境,并使江苏经济建立在持续稳定协调发展的基础上,江苏省提出了“调整工业结构的基本思路”。本文探讨相应的价格对策。一、工业结构扭曲的现状和原因 (一) 江苏省工业结构扭曲的现状由于资源限制和历史原因,江苏省工业的结构性矛盾特别尖锐,具有明显的“两小一大”的特征。即:基础工业总量小、严重薄弱;高新技术产业规模小,发展不快;加工工业摊子
The serious distortion of the industrial structure is an important reason for the current market weakness and the cyclical fluctuations in the long-term national economy. The degree of industrial structure distortion in Jiangsu Province is more obvious than that in the whole country. The fluctuation level of the economy and the market weakness are also more serious than that of the whole country. In order to get out of the current economic dilemma and build Jiangsu’s economy on the basis of sustained, stable and coordinated development, Jiangsu Province has proposed “the basic idea of adjusting the industrial structure.” This article explores the corresponding price strategy.
