激素对水稻属间杂交不亲和性的影响及其后代的变异情况

不亲和性是远缘杂交的三大障碍之一。如何克服这一障碍就成为远缘杂交工作中需要解决的问题。远缘杂交的不亲和性,主要是由于受精过程存在困难而引起的。有的父本花粉,不能在母本柱头上萌发;有的虽能萌发,但不能伸入胚囊;有的萌发后能伸入胚囊,但在伸入过程中又往往夭折。因此,首先就要研究促进柱头、胚囊与花粉管的发育相适应,使之精卵结合,部分DNA达到亲和。笔者多年采用激素处理柱头授粉法,对克服不亲和性进行初步探讨,并观察其杂交后代的变异情况,现将结果简报如下: 试验以红410,清江七十日早,7055等21个品种及军协A,珍汕A为母本;高梁、 Inconsistency is one of the three major barriers to distant hybridization.
