心理学家的研究表明:人类个体智商水平的差异不大,然而教育活动的结果,反映学生个体差异却很明显,甚至有些智商较高的学生,反而一无所成。这说明,一个学生学习成绩的好坏除了与他的智力因素有关外,还在很大程度上与动机、兴趣、情感、意志等非智力因素有密切的关系。爱因斯坦曾说过:“成功=智力因素+非智力因素”。可见,学生知识的学习、技能的形成、能力的提高,是智力因素与非智力因素共同作用的结果。所以,我们在教育教学过程中,不能单纯重视学生的智力因素,更要关注学生非智力因素的培养,
