以《红高粱》和《汤姆·琼斯》这两部小说为文本,分析莫言与亨利·菲尔丁在人物塑造上的共同点:塑造不完美的真实人物;忠实于现实生活。通过作家在创作中都遵循写实主义这一手法探讨二者在人物塑造上形成的共同特点。
Taking the two novels “Red Sorghum” and “Tom Jones” as the texts, this paper analyzes the similarities between Mo Yan and Henry Fielding in the characterization: shaping the imperfect real people; being true to the real life. Through the writers’ followings of realism in their writing, this paper explores the common features formed by the two in the characterization.
