为了探讨急性有机磷农药中毒对甲状腺功能的影响,我们用放射免疫测定法(RIA)对20例急性有机磷农药中毒患者空腹血清进行T_3、T_4 RIA检测,现将结果报告如下。 材料和方法 一、对象: (一)急性有机磷农药中毒患者:20例(男6,女14),为我院内科住院病人,均为口服有机磷农药而中毒,血清胆碱脂酶活力均明显低于正常。年龄22~50岁。 (二)对照组:40人(男25,女15)。为健康查体职工,均无肝、肾及内分泌疾病,年龄20~68岁。 二、方法:取空腹血2ml,室温分离血清后,-20℃保存,一周内测定。 T_3、T_4试剂盒由潍坊3V诊断技术公司提供,操作按说明书。质控数据基本合乎质控血清的标准要求。测量仪器为黄山市国营八三七一厂生产的FMQ-9013型放射免疫γ光子计数器。 结果 结果见表1。
To investigate the effect of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning on thyroid function, we detected the T_3 and T_4 RIA of fasting serum in 20 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning by radioimmunoassay (RIA). T_3, T_4 kit by Weifang 3V diagnostic technology company, according to the instructions. The quality control data basically meets the standard requirements of quality control serum. The measuring instrument is FMQ-9013 type radioimmunoassay gamma photon counter produced by 8373 State-owned Factory of Huangshan City. The results in Table 1.
