应用抗雌激素受体的单克隆抗体H_(222)免疫组化ABC法检测了31例乳腺癌雌激素受体。结果31例中21例阳性(67.74%),ER染色的阳性反应均定位于细胞核内,胞浆中无阳性反应。ER阳性率与组织学分级有关(P<0.05),表明ER的含量可反映肿瘤的分化程度。同时将此法与抗雌二醇血清法及亲和酶标法进行了比较,发现后两种方法的符合率较低。因抗ER单克隆抗体检测ER的特异性高,背景染色清晰,结果易判断,今后应注重抗BR单克隆抗体的开发和应用。
Using anti-estrogenic receptor monoclonal antibody H_(222) immunohistochemical ABC method, 31 cases of breast cancer estrogen receptor were detected. Results Among the 31 cases, 21 cases were positive (67.74%). The positive reactions of ER staining were located in the nucleus and there was no positive reaction in the cytoplasm. The positive rate of ER was related to histological grade (P<0.05), indicating that the content of ER could reflect the degree of tumor differentiation. At the same time, this method was compared with anti-estrogenic serum method and affinity enzyme labeling method, and it was found that the consistency rate of the latter two methods was lower. Due to the high specificity of ER detection by anti-ER monoclonal antibodies, the background staining is clear, and the results are easy to judge. In the future, attention should be paid to the development and application of anti-BR monoclonal antibodies.
