目的:用遗传算法确定金莲花水提取工艺的最优条件;验证遗传算法在中药工艺优化中的应用。方法:采用水加热回流提取金莲花总黄酮,以总黄酮含量为目标函数,利用遗传算法,对金莲花水提工艺的正交试验设计进行优化分析。结果:遗传算法优化的金莲花水提工艺为13倍量的加水量、浸泡0.5h、煎煮3次、每次煎煮2h;预测提取物中总黄酮含量可达6.95%。结论:遗传算法确定金莲花水提取工艺的效果是满意的;遗传算法可用于中药工艺条件的优化。
Objective: To determine the optimal conditions of the water extracting process of Trollius chinensis by genetic algorithm; to verify the application of genetic algorithm in optimization of TCM process. Methods: The total flavonoids of Trollius chinensis Bunge were extracted by refluxing with water. The total flavonoid content was taken as the objective function. The genetic algorithm was used to optimize the orthogonal experimental design of Trollius chinensis water extraction process. RESULTS: The genetic algorithm optimized the water extracting process of Trollius chinensis was 13 times the amount of water added, soaked 0.5h, decocted 3 times, and decocted 2h each time; the total flavonoids content in the extract could reach 6.95%. Conclusion: The genetic algorithm can be used to determine the effect of water extracting process of Trollius chinensis. The genetic algorithm can be used to optimize the process conditions of TCM.
