目的探讨花边莲提取液对复杂区域疼痛综合征1型(CRPS1)大鼠的治疗作用及其作为“激素节省剂”的作用机制。方法比较不同剂量糖皮质激素、花边莲及其联合治疗对CRPS1大鼠后足肿胀、疼痛、血清炎症因子巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(MIF)及MIF互变异构酶活性的影响。结果花边莲组可改善大鼠肢体疼痛、显著抑制MIF互变异构酶活性,轻度抑制血清MIF的分泌(P<0.05)。小剂量激素组对大鼠疼痛阈值无效,但联用花边莲后可有效改善大鼠疼痛阈值,且疗效与大剂量激素组相当。结论花边莲不仅具有一定抗炎镇痛作用且可作为激素增敏剂,增强小剂量激素对CRPS1的疗效,其机制通过抑制MIF互变异构酶活性,消除MIF对激素的拮抗作用,提高CRPS对激素的敏感性。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of abalone extract on complex regional pain syndrome type 1 (CRPS1) rats and its mechanism of action as a hormone-saving agent. Methods Different doses of glucocorticoids, lace mandarin and their combination therapy on hind paw swelling, pain, serum inflammatory factor macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) and MIF tautomerase activity in CRPS1 rats were compared. Results Hua Lien Lian group can improve limb pain, significantly inhibit MIF tautomerase activity, and slightly inhibit the secretion of serum MIF (P <0.05). Small dose of hormone group on the pain threshold in rats is invalid, but combined with lace litter can effectively improve the pain threshold in rats, and the efficacy and high dose of hormone group. Conclusion Lantana not only has certain anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects but also can be used as a hormone sensitizer to enhance the therapeutic effect of low-dose hormones on CRPS1 by inhibiting MIF tautomerase activity, eliminating the antagonism of MIF on hormones and increasing CRPS Sensitivity to hormones.
