目的比较不同外周血肿瘤坏死因子a(TNF-a)水平甲亢性心脏病患者(HHD)左心结构与功能指标。方法连续选择67例近期就诊或住院的HHD患者,进行彩色多普勒超声心动图和外周血TNF-a检查。结果 67例HHD患者平均外周血TNF-a水平为(7.29±1.84)ng/L,高TNF-a水平组(TNF-a≥7.29ng/L)LVESd、LVEDd值明显高于对照组(<7.29ng/L),而SV、VCF和EF%等指标均明显低于后者(P均<0.05～0.01)。结论外周血TNF-a水平与HHD患者左心结构与功能指标密切相关。
Objective To compare the left ventricular structure and function of patients with hyperthyroid heart disease (HHD) with different levels of tumor necrosis factor a (TNF-a) in peripheral blood. Methods Sixty-seven consecutive HHD patients treated or hospitalized were selected for color Doppler echocardiography and peripheral blood TNF-a. Results The average level of TNF-α in the serum of 67 patients with HHD was (7.29 ± 1.84) ng / L, and the values of LVESd and LVEDd were significantly higher in the patients with high TNF-α (TNF-a≥7.29ng / L) than that of the control ng / L), but SV, VCF and EF% were significantly lower than those of the latter (all P <0.05-0.01). Conclusion The level of TNF-a in peripheral blood is closely related to the left ventricular structure and function of HHD patients.
