INTRODUCTIONIt is reported 70%- 90% patients show dementia psychology and behavior in patients with aging dementia (AD),which are the main causes of hospitalization.Others can not understand AD patients who also can not understand the other persons affecting quality of nursing.So,to comprehend communication skills,to support them menally are very important for improvement of AD patients quality of life.
