本文研究了用内径7.6cm,高344.2cm的水平挡板浮选柱来减少低硫烟煤中的灰分含量。进行了有关试验以确定挡板浮选柱随给料速度、药剂用量和给料性质的变化的浮选效果。还进行了性能比较试验,以比较挡板浮选柱与选厂现有常规浮选柱的性能。本论文对研究所获结果进行评论和讨论。
In this paper, a horizontal baffle flotation column with an inner diameter of 7.6 cm and a height of 344.2 cm was used to reduce the ash content in low-sulfur bituminous coal. Experiments were conducted to determine the flotation effect of the baffle flotation column as a function of feed rate, dosage of agent, and feedstock properties. A performance comparison test was also conducted to compare the performance of the existing conventional flotation column with the baffle flotation column. This paper reviews and discusses the findings of the study.
