2011年3月12日上午,黑龙江省图书馆联合东北论坛在黑龙江省图书馆政府信息公开查阅室举办了“迎3·15公益法律咨询活动”。东北论坛的4位律师为现场咨询的市民免费解答了与消费者权益相关的法律问题。
On the morning of March 12, 2011, the Heilongjiang Provincial Library Joint Northeast Forum held “Welcome 3.15 Public-welfare Legal Consultative Activities” in the Public Information Office of Heilongjiang Provincial Library. Four lawyers from Northeast Forum provided free answers to legal questions related to consumers’ rights and interests for on-site consultation.
