目的　探讨乳糜尿定位诊断的新方法。方法　应用核素淋巴显像技术检测了 34例乳糜尿患者 ,并以膀胱镜和淋巴管造影作对照研究。结果　 34例中单侧定位诊断阳性符合率为 85 .3% ;双侧阳性率高于膀胱镜检结果。结论　核素淋巴显像可作为乳糜尿定位诊断的新的选择方法 Objective To explore a new method for the diagnosis of chyluria. Methods 34 patients with chyluria were examined by radionuclide imaging. Cystoscopy and lymphangiography were used as controls. Results The positive coincidence rate of unilateral localization diagnosis was 85.3% in 34 cases. The positive rate of bilateral positive was higher than that of cystoscopy. Conclusion Nuclide lymphadenectomy can be used as a new method for the diagnosis of chyluria
