目的 :探讨甲杓肌肌纤维型及其运动终板分布情况。方法 :取犬喉双侧甲杓肌 ,经琥珀酸脱氢酶染色及其与乙酰胆碱酯酶联合染色 ,光镜下观察 ,并用显微图像分析仪对肌纤维直径进行分析。结果 :甲杓肌的横断面上可清晰分出红肌、白肌及中间肌 3种类型肌纤维 ,它们的构成比分别为 5 3 .3 %、17.8%、2 8.9% ;运动终板沿肌纤维走行呈弥漫性分布 ,中间肌纤维含有多个运动终板。结论 :甲杓肌肌纤维型构成比及其运动终板分布特点与其特定的发音功能有关。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of muscle fiber type and motor endplate of. Methods: The bilateral laryngeal muscles of canines were stained with succinate dehydrogenase and combined with acetylcholinesterase. The diameter of muscle fibers was observed with light microscopy. Results: The three types of muscle fibers of red muscle, white muscle and middle muscle were clearly separated on the cross-sectional surface of the muscle. Their constituent ratios were 53.3%, 17.8% and 29.9% respectively. Was diffuse distribution, the middle muscle fiber contains multiple motor end plates. CONCLUSION: The constitutional ratio of the muscle fibers and the distribution of motor endplate in the patients with the disease are related to their specific pronunciation function.
