体能的发展可通过不同方式达到极限,然而其宗旨都是通过体育运动,来实现身体锻炼和建设,激发潜能。其代表的,是一种生活方式和品质。总的来说,在一般情况下,它强调监测、检验、开发评价人类学特点,与不同的内源性和外源性因素的影响,以及对获取更多成就的各种影响。因此,让父母意识到,在基础教育中引入多维度的对学生体质,健康,形体塑造,并让学生可以和同龄人的发展情况进行参照比对,非常重要。在本研究中,具体将采用的现代形体评估数据包括对20名已完成基础教育八年级的女学生采用形态特征,体重,围嘴的车身高度,大腿围,腹部皮褶厚度等评价。
