Polar fragments 14B and 15B produced in the middle-energy bombardment reaction were injected into the Mg single crystal, and the electric quadrupole moments (| Q (14B) | and | Q 15B) |) were (29.84 ± 0.75) mb and (38.01 ± 1.08) mb respectively, and the experimental results were compared with the theoretical model.
