噪声地图被公认是城市规划和管理的得力工具。不过它的可靠性和大众对它的信心在很大程度上取决于噪声地图是否可以通过利用噪声监测数据来校正和更新。此外,噪声地图应能反映因不断变化的交通情况而产生的噪声水平。通过回顾噪声地图在世界上在制作和应用上面对的问题,讨论其拥有噪声监测功能的必要性,与作为协助决策者和广大群众做出合适决定的工具的重要性。最后建议进一步对噪声地图加以研究,以制定一个综合的方法来评估和管理城市环境。
Noise maps are recognized as effective tools for urban planning and management. However, its reliability and public confidence in it depend largely on whether noise maps can be corrected and updated using noise monitoring data. In addition, noise maps should reflect the level of noise resulting from changing traffic conditions. By reviewing the issues facing noise production and application in the world of noise maps, it is important to discuss the need for noise monitoring capabilities and the tools to make the right decisions to assist decision makers and the general public. Finally, it is suggested that noise maps be further studied to develop an integrated approach to assessing and managing the urban environment.
