什么是社会主义?即社会主义本质问题,在经历了几十年社会主义实践的严重挫折后,不能不成为理论界思考的严肃问题。自1992年春邓小平同志明确提出社会主义本质的新论断后,大大活跃了理论界的研究气氛,加深了人们对社会主义本质的认识和理解。然而,社会主义的传统认识模式的影响依然存在,有的仍然把社会主义特征当成本质,因此有必要在理论上作进一步的探讨,把认识进一步统一到邓小平同志对社会主义本质的科学论断上来。下面就这个问题谈几点认识。
