对于心部要求淬硬的45钢件,尺寸在φ6～φ10mm范围属淬裂危险尺寸。其淬裂原因是淬透零件发面产生的拉应力(由后期组织应力形成)超过了抗拉强度而引起的脆性破坏。而直径较大或较小时都不易引起淬裂。
For the heart of the hardened steel 45, the size of φ6 ~ φ10mm range is quench cracking danger size. The reason for quenching crack is hardened through the surface of the tensile stress (formed by the late tissue stress) exceeds the tensile strength caused by brittle failure. The diameter is larger or smaller are not easy to cause quench cracking.
