采用SIMS分析表面腐蚀层元素浓度分布的玻璃固化体样品进行模拟计算,通过模拟计算分析SIMS实验数据,获得玻璃固化体腐蚀过程中主要元素在玻璃腐蚀层的分配系数。根据玻璃固化体腐蚀实验分析结果获得的玻璃腐蚀层元素含量变化的规律(图1),以及流体扩散方程,建立了玻璃腐蚀层主要元素浓度分布的解析计算模型。根据流体扩散方程原理,玻璃中主要元素在胶体层/扩散层的浓度变化应符合公式
SIMS analysis of the surface corrosion layer element concentration distribution of the glass solidified sample samples were simulated and analyzed by simulating SIMS experimental data to obtain the main elements of the glass curing body corrosion in the glass corrosion layer partition coefficient. According to the law of elemental content change of glass corrosion layer (Fig. 1) obtained from the experimental results of corrosion of glass solidified body, and the fluid diffusion equation, the analytic calculation model of the concentration distribution of the main elements of glass corrosion layer is established.
