中国科学院物理研究所先进材料与结构分析实验室成立于2002年1月,由中科院北京电子显微镜开放实验室(成立于1985年,为中科院第一批开放实验室之一)与物理所四个相关研究组组建而成,现任学术委员会主任是解思深院士,实验室主任是陈小龙研究员,副主任是段晓峰研究员。实验室致力于先进功能材料的合成、生长及其性能和结构的表征以及相关凝聚态物理的研究,曾获国家和部委级集体奖以及“欧莱雅-联合国教科文组织世界杰出女科学家成就奖”、
Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Advanced Materials and Structure Analysis Laboratory was established in January 2002 by the Chinese Academy of Sciences Beijing electron microscope Open Laboratory (founded in 1985, the first batch of Chinese Academy of Sciences Laboratory) and the physical four related Research group set up, the incumbent academic committee director Xie thinking deep academician, laboratory director is Chen Xiaolong researcher, deputy director is Duan Xiaofeng researcher.
