我国“企业集团”名称的出现只是制度概念的创新,这刻鹄类鹜的后果使企业集团五花八门,很难在理论上形成一种统一的模式。温州现有的企业集团尽管名义上都有以资本为纽带的作为母公司的核心层、控股的紧密层和持股的半紧密层,但极少有真正控股意义上的集团,相当多的是以产品为纽带而形成一种品牌系列。这种方式显现了其营销策略,这里称之为策略联盟,多少有些与日本的“企业系列”相似。
