改革、发展、稳定是党和国家的工作大局。要正确处理改革、发展、稳定的关系,把改革的力度,发展的速度和社会可以承受的程度统一起来,在保持社会政治稳定的前提下深化改革,加快发展,就一刻也不能离开做人的工作。这里所说的发展,包括社会经济、政治、文化、教育等的全面发展,但最终都要落到“人的全面发展”。促进人的全面发展,是思想政治工作的着眼点和根本目标。人的全面发展与思想政治工作关系密切。
