The naming of chemical elements is a past practice. Scientists who first discovered certain elements have the right to give names to the elements. If they are confirmed, the International Federation of Theoretical and Applied Chemistry recognizes and includes them in the publication of the meeting. The atomic scales of the element names and symbols are common. As we all know, the chemical elements of the atomic numbers 104, 105, and 106 were artificially synthesized as early as 1974. However, names and symbols have not yet been officially reflected in the periodic table of elements. Elements 104 and 105 were the first to be successfully tested by the Dubner Institute in the Soviet Union and the Lawrence Laboratory in the United States. So the discoverers of the two countries proposed the names of the elements
