利用烟草花叶病毒普通株系(TMV-om)和来自新疆辣椒上的TMV黄白卷叶株系(TMV-wyr)进行了比较研究。结果表明:两株系除引起辣椒和三生烟症状不同外,亦导致其他性状上的差异。TMV-wyr的致死温度为60~70℃,稀释限点10-4~10-5;辣椒病组织中产生大量病毒粒子的聚集体、网膜结构和分散的病毒粒子,叶绿体呈筒状;粒体大小为258×16nm,TMV-om在辣椒病组织中只形成病毒粒子聚集体,叶绿体呈球状。辣椒酶谱分析表明:TMV-om接种株POD同工酶的活性(3条深色带)显著大于TMV-wyr接种株(1条深色带)。由此我们认为这些生物学性质和病生理差异可作为区分TMV-wyr和TMV-om的诊断指标。
A comparative study was conducted with TMV common lines (TMV-om) and TMV yellow-white leaf curl lines (TMV-wyr) from Xinjiang pepper. The results showed that the two strains caused different symptoms in addition to those caused by pepper and Sansheng tobacco. The lethal temperature of TMV-wyr is 60 ~ 70 ℃ and the dilution limit is 10-4 ~ 10-5. A large number of virus particles aggregates, omentum structure and dispersed virus particles are produced in capsicum, chloroplasts are cylindrical. The body size was 258 × 16 nm. TMV-om formed only aggregates of virus particles in capsicum and chloroplasts were spherical. Pepper zymogram analysis showed that the activity of POD isoenzyme of TMV-om inoculated (3 dark bands) was significantly greater than that of TMV-wyr inoculation (1 dark band). Therefore, we believe that these biological properties and physiological and pathological differences can be used as a diagnostic indicator to distinguish between TMV-wyr and TMV-om.
