我国造船工人和有关单位的职工,遵照毛主席关于“独立自主、自力更生”的方针,团结协作建成了我国第一艘自升式钻井船——渤海一号(照片1)。它在近两年的试用中,经受了大风浪的考验,钻井性能良好,达到了设计的要求,这是无产阶级文化大革命的丰硕成果,是毛主席革命路线的胜利。它的建成,对加速我国海上石油勘探有着重要作用。
The workers and workers of our country’s shipbuilders and related units have built Bohai I, the first self-elevating drilling vessel in China (Photo 1) in accordance with the principle of “independence and self-reliance” by Chairman Mao. During the trial of the past two years, it has withstood the trials and tribulations of the big storms and has well-drilled wells and met the design requirements. This is the fruitful result of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution and the victory of Chairman Mao’s revolutionary line. Its completion has played an important role in accelerating China’s offshore oil exploration.
