1 资料和方法1 1 病例 选择自 1995 - 0 5～ 2 0 0 0 - 0 5在我院住院治疗的重症高血压脑出血患者共 2 46例 ,其中男性 15 4例 ,女性92例。所有患者入院时均经头颅ＣＴ确诊 ,并按统一标准进行临床神经功能缺损评分[1] 为重症高血压脑出血 (31～45分 )。血肿部位 :基底节区 2
1 Materials and methods 1 1 cases selected from 1995 - 05 ~ 2000 - 05 in our hospital for treatment of patients with severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, a total of 246 cases, including 154 males and 92 females. All patients were diagnosed by head CT at admission, and according to a uniform standard clinical neurological deficit score [1] for severe hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (31 to 45 minutes).
