我校地处的大唐镇是诸暨市经济重镇,被誉为“国际袜都”。因此外来务工人员不断涌入,导致了学校上学学生特别多。班额高达六十几人,组织教学相当困难,教学效率也大打折扣。作为一个普通的音乐教师,不可能改变这种大班额现状,但我们应该想办法提高课堂教学效率。而低年级学生正处于幼儿园到小学的转折阶段,他们的认知活动带有随意性、不自觉性,认识水平也是以具体形象为主,爱玩、爱动是他们的天性。如何让低年级学生尽快地融进歌唱教学课堂,并提课堂教学实效?
