本文介绍了社会养老保险制度改革帕累托有效性研究的理论起源,回顾了社会养老保险制改革的局部均衡分析研究,对社会养老保险制度改革的一般均衡分析从经济体系的开放程度、劳动供给弹性、养老社会保险计划的类型和转轨成本偿付方式四个方面进行了归纳总结,最后探讨了社会养老保险制改革帕累托有效性研究的新进展。
This paper introduces the theoretical origins of Pareto validity research on social pension insurance system reform, reviews the partial equilibrium analysis of the reform of social pension insurance system, and analyzes the general equilibrium of social pension insurance system reform from the perspectives of economic system opening up, labor supply Flexibility, retirement social insurance plan and the transition cost of reimbursement from four aspects were summarized, and finally discussed the social pension insurance reform Pareto effectiveness of the new research progress.
