目的:从1株来源于中国南海沉积环境的海洋链霉菌SCSIO 1934的发酵产物中分离鉴定次生代谢产物。方法:对海洋链霉菌SCSIO 1934的发酵液进行有机溶剂萃取,利用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱等方法分离次生代谢产物,通过核磁数据和理化性质对各单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从菌株Streptomyces sp.SCSIO 1934中分离纯化得到17-脱甲基格尔德霉素(17-O-demethylgeldanamycin,1),lebstatin(2),17-O-demethyllebstatin(3),尼日利亚菌素(nigericin,4),尼日利亚菌素钠盐(nigericin sodium salt,5),abierixin(6)。结论:本研究发现了1株能够产生多种抗生素的海洋放线菌Streptomyces sp.SCSIO 1934。
OBJECTIVE: To isolate and identify the secondary metabolites from the fermentation product of a strain of marine Streptomyces SCSIO 1934 derived from sedimentary environment of the South China Sea. Methods: The organic solvent was extracted from the fermentation broth of marine isolates SCSIO 1934, and the secondary metabolites were isolated by silica gel and gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR and physicochemical properties. RESULTS: 17-O-demethylgeldanamycin (1), lebstatin (2), 17-O-demethyllebstatin (3) and nigericin were isolated and purified from the strain Streptomyces sp. (nigericin, 4), nigericin sodium salt (5), abierixin (6). Conclusion: This study found that a strain of Streptomyces sp. SCSIO 1934 capable of producing a variety of antibiotics.
