本试验采用以鸭梨为主的混合花粉、谢花甜花粉、鸭梨花粉和苹果梨树为试材 ,观察了花粉在苹果梨柱头上的萌发以及花粉管在花柱内的生长情况 .结果表明 :混合花粉在苹果梨柱头上大约 2h开始萌发 ,谢花甜花粉和鸭梨花粉在苹果梨柱头上大约 4h才开始萌发 ;1 0h花粉管开始伸入柱头 ,2 4h大部分花粉管进入到花柱上部 ;36h时大部分花粉管已进入花柱中部 ;5 6h开始有部分花粉管到达子房 ;72～ 96h大部分花粉管穿过子房 ,完成受精
In this experiment, pear-based mixed pollen, sweet flower pollen, pear pollen and apple pear were used as test materials to observe the germination of pollen on the stigma of apple pear and the growth of pollen tube in the style. : Mixed pollen in apple pear stigma about 2h germination, Xiehua sweet pollen and pear pollen in the apple pear stigma about 4h germination began; pollen tube 10h began to stretch into the stigma, most of the pollen tube 24h into the style 36h when most of the pollen tubes have entered the middle of the style; some of the pollen tubes reach the ovary at 56h; most of the pollen tubes pass through the ovary 72 to 96h to complete the fertilization
