本文通过对中国内地与香港以及国外房地产开发土地制度特别是住宅开发用地供应制度的比较,试图揭示中国内地相关制度的独特性以及这种独特性的由来,探讨这种独特性对社会发展所起的负面作用,寻求中国土地法律制度的未来之路。
This article attempts to reveal the uniqueness of the relevant systems in Mainland China and the origins of this uniqueness through a comparison of the supply systems of land for the development of real estate in mainland China with other countries, The negative role of China’s land to seek the future legal system of the road.
