天然产物一直是新药研发的重要源泉,创新中药研发是中药现代化、国际化的关键环节。但由于中药系统的复杂性,目前创新中药研发尚存在诸多困难和困惑。基于靶点的药物研发是药物发现的主要模式和手段。TTD(therapeutic target database)是新加坡国立大学开发的治疗靶点数据库,除收录大量的药物靶点信息外,还包含了大量天然产物的相关信息。本文简单介绍了TTD,通过分析TTD中收录的天然来源的药物/化合物,探讨了对创新中药研发的启示。
Natural products have always been an important source of research and development of new drugs. Innovative research and development of traditional Chinese medicines are the key links in the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. However, due to the complexity of the traditional Chinese medicine system, there are still many difficulties and puzzles in the innovation of traditional Chinese medicine. Targeted drug discovery is the main mode and means of drug discovery. The TTD (therapeutic target database) is a database of treatment targets developed by the National University of Singapore. It contains not only a large amount of drug target information, but also a great deal of information about natural products. This article presents a brief introduction to TTDs and discusses the implications for the development of innovative Chinese medicines by analyzing drugs / compounds of natural origin that are included in the TTDs.
