济南12345热线率先在国内将标准化的理念和手段引入到政府热线服务当中,并已经总结出一个可复制、可推广的标准化政府热线服务模式。2014年,被国家标准委确立为国家服务标准化示范项目,已建成标准精品展示、标准实践验证、标准创新研究和标准宣传培训的基地。
Jinan 12345 hotline took the lead in introducing standardized concepts and measures into the government hotline service and has concluded a standardized and standardized government hotline service model that can be replicated and promoted. In 2014, it was established as a national service standardization demonstration project by the National Standards Commission. It has established bases for the display of standard products, standard practice verification, standard innovation research and standard publicity and training.
