目的探讨严重多发伤的救治策略。方法回顾性分析总结2006年8月至2008年8月156例严重多发伤患者在重症监护病房的救治要点。结果本组156例中抢救成功127例,成功率81.4%。结论密切的监测、合理的液体复苏可减少漏诊率,提高抢救成功率。
Objective To explore the treatment strategy of severe multiple trauma. Methods A retrospective analysis of 156 cases of severe multiple trauma patients in the intensive care unit from August 2006 to August 2008 treatment points. Results The group of 156 cases of successful rescue 127 cases, the success rate of 81.4%. Conclusion Close monitoring and rational liquid resuscitation can reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and improve the success rate of rescue.
