一、抽提方法将被检尿液(200～500毫升)放入标准磨砂接口圆底烧瓶内,往瓶中加入丁酮5%水溶液5毫升、硅烷消泡剂数滴、沸石少许。连接两支“Beagle”分馏柱,并与带有回流冷凝管之分馏头一起与圆底烧瓶连接成蒸馏装置。用自动电热器加热之,待馏出温度达平衡时,于冰水冷却的试管中收集馏出液约2毫升。重新加入5%丁酮水溶液5毫升,重复上述操作。用蒸馏水将抽提液准确调整至5毫升。
