加强正规化建设是新时期公安队伍建设的关键。加强正规化建设,对公安队伍实行统一、规范、严格的管理,实现公安队伍管理的标准化、程序化、法制化和科学化,重点工作在基层,难点也在基层。最近,我们专门赴基层公安机关进行调查研究,对推进公安队伍正规化建设的难点、原因及解决途径作了初步探讨。 Strengthening the Construction of Standardization Is the Key to the Construction of Public Security Ranks in the New Period.
