校企合作、工学结合是现代职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点,在具体的设计与执行过程中,简单地复制照搬是行不通的,必须考虑所在专业与行业企业的实际情况。本文以上海工会管理职业学院文物鉴定与修复专业的个案研究为例,阐述了在特定专业条件和行业背景下如何有效开展工学结合人才培养模式探索的执行过程和实施效果。
The cooperation between school and enterprise and the combination of work and study are the important starting points for the reform of modern vocational education personnel training mode. In the concrete process of design and implementation, simply copying and copying does not work, and we must consider the actual situation of the enterprise in which it is located and the industry. This article takes the case study of the identification and rehabilitative specialty of cultural relics in Shanghai Institute of Trade Unions Management as an example to illustrate how to effectively carry out the exploration and implementation of the combination of work and study under the specific professional conditions and industry background.
