国土资源部国际合作与科技司副司长李志坚认为 ,加入世贸组织对矿业近期的、直接的影响不会很明显 ,但间接的影响是多方面的 ,长期的影响是肯定的。从吸引外资角度看 ,这种影响显然是有利的。李志坚指出 ,矿业投资的特点是风险大、周期长 ,因而需要较稳定、完善的法规和政策作
Li Zhijian, deputy director of the Department of International Cooperation and Science and Technology of the Ministry of Land and Resources, believes that the direct and immediate impact of China’s accession to the mining industry will not be obvious. However, the indirect impact is manifold and the long-term impact is affirmative. From the perspective of attracting foreign investment, this effect is obviously favorable.
