In order to promote and improve the level of statistical analysis of grass-roots enterprises, the Bureau of Industry and Statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics, China Statistics Publishing House, and China Statistical Information Service jointly issued a notice on July 14, 1990, deciding to launch an evaluation of outstanding statistical analysis reports for grass-roots industrial enterprises. The industrial departments of the statistics bureaus of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government gave strong support to this activity. After careful screening, more than 120 statistical analysis reports were reported. Its contents are extensive, and the topics are varied. There are both the analysis of macro-management problems from the perspective of the actual situation of the enterprise and the analysis of the real problems in the micro-economy; there are special technical topics.
