视网膜剥离的手术治疗目前可分为四类:(一)单纯电凝固法及光凝固术。(二)巩膜切除加电凝固术。(三)玻璃体腔填充:玻璃体腔注入空气、生理盐水、脊液及房水等,同种异体之玻璃体,以增强内腔压力,迫使网膜贴近脉络膜,促进愈合。(四)巩膜缩短加填充:嵌入各类物质加电凝,或光凝固术,嵌入质有自家巩条、同种异体处理之巩条、自体耳廓软骨、肠线、铬制肠
