随着我国经济与社会的不断发展,建筑领域的工程也得到了进一步的发展。建筑工程作为一项规模庞大且复杂的工程,其中包含了非常多的项目的风险,但是当前最突出的问题在于相关人员的风险管理意识还不够强,现有的风险管理体系也根本不符合标准,一些建筑工程的相关企业和单位在管理理念和模式上缺乏创新精神。因此,本文对有效减少建筑工程项目风险的管理审计方法的必要性进行论述,并提出相关的策略建议。
With the continuous development of economy and society in our country, the construction in the field of construction has been further developed. As a large-scale and complex project, the construction project contains a lot of risks for the project. However, the most prominent problem at present is that the risk management awareness of the relevant personnel is not strong enough and the existing risk management system does not meet the standard at all , Some construction-related enterprises and units in the management philosophy and mode of lack of innovation. Therefore, this article discusses the necessity of management audit method to effectively reduce the risk of construction project, and puts forward the related strategy suggestions.
