在金属铬和铬盐产品的生产过程中,会产生大量铬渣,铬渣毒性剧烈,是严重污染生态环境和危害人类健康的危险废物。铬渣中含有丰富的CaO、MgO、Fe2O3等成分,在工业生产中能代替石灰石、白云石等原料使用,可达到节约资源、降低能耗的目的。介绍了中国钢铁企业利用烧结、高炉处理铬渣的现状,分析解毒机理、工艺过程和应用实践,阐述了铬渣在钢铁冶金过程中进行综合利用的途径和前景,并提出了建议。
In the production of metallic chromium and chrome salt products, a large amount of chromium residue is produced, which has severe toxicity and is a hazardous waste that pollutes the ecological environment and endangers human health. Chromium slag is rich in CaO, MgO, Fe2O3 and other ingredients, can replace limestone, dolomite and other raw materials used in industrial production, can achieve the purpose of saving resources and reducing energy consumption. This paper introduced the status quo of the Chinese iron and steel enterprises to treat chromium slag by sintering and blast furnace, analyzed the detoxification mechanism, technological process and application practice. The ways and prospects for the comprehensive utilization of chromium slag in the iron and steel metallurgy process were expounded and suggestions were put forward.
