随着我国经济发展的逐渐加快,大量的建筑工程涌现出来,同时产生了较多偷工减料和豆腐渣工程,对人民群众的生命财产安全及国家经济的顺利开展造成严重影响。要求国家政府部门应对监督检查进行逐渐增加,使建筑工程的质量得到有效保障。作为建筑工程质量监督中的一项极为重要且有效的方法,抽检广泛应用于建筑工程中,在监督和检查过程中发挥着事半功倍的作用。
With the gradual acceleration of economic development in our country, a large number of construction projects have emerged and many jerry-building and rubbish removal projects have occurred.
