目的:观察睾丸扭转复位后损伤的进展变化。方法:以动物模型为研究对象,脂质过氧化物为检测指标,测定睾丸扭转不同时间及施行复位手术后的组织受损情况。结果:睾丸扭转时间越长,产生的脂质过氧化物含量越高。手术复位使脂质过氧化物的产量进一步上升。结论:单纯的睾丸扭转复位手术会加重组织损伤,应提倡手术同时选用有效的药物保护。
Objective: To observe the changes of the injury after testicular torsion and reduction. Methods: The animal model was used as the research object. Lipoperoxide was taken as the detection index to determine the tissue damage after different time of testicular torsion and postoperative reduction. Results: The longer testicular torsion time, the higher the lipid peroxides content. Surgical reduction further increases lipid peroxidation output. Conclusion: Simple testicular torsion reduction surgery will aggravate tissue damage, surgery should be advocated at the same time the selection of effective drug protection.
