三峡工程坝址位于湖北省宜昌市三斗坪,距下游葛洲坝水利枢纽工程38公里,是当今世界上最大的水利枢纽工程。三峡工程主要由大坝、水电站、通航建筑物等三大部分组成。泄洪坝段位于大坝中部,水电站厂房位于泄洪坝段现两侧。永久通航建筑物均布置一左岸(面对长江下游,左边为左岸)。大坝为混凝土重烽坝,坝顶全长约2309米,坝顶高程185米。水电站分设左、右岸两组厂房,分别安装14台和12台水轮发电机组,单机容量70
The dam site of the Three Gorges Project is located at Sandouping, Yichang City, Hubei Province, 38 km away from the Gezhouba Dam, which is the largest hydropower project in the world. The Three Gorges Project is mainly composed of three major components: dams, hydropower stations and navigable buildings. Flood discharge dam section is located in the middle of the dam, hydropower station plant is located on both sides of the flood discharge dam section. Permanent navigation structures are arranged on the left bank (facing the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, left bank). Dam for concrete heavy Feng dam, crest length of about 2309 meters, crest elevation 185 meters.
